| A: North’s normally notifies organizations and entities involved in accomplishing all the necessary arrangements. |

| A: No, North’s has never charged families for doing this. |

Q: Who writes the obituary? |
| A: You are welcome to write the obituary; however, we would be happy to complete it from information you provide. After your approval, we will gladly send it to the newspaper of your choice. |

Q: Can we personalize a funeral? |
| A: Yes, in fact, North’s encourages families to personalize a funeral. Personalized funerals help families to have closure. Videos, pictures, mementoes, displays, special ceremonies and eulogies or remembrances are some of the ways to memorialize your loved one. |

Q: What kind of clothing should we select for our loved one? |
| A: Usually any type of clothing may be selected, although sometimes the condition of the deceased warrants certain apparel. |

Q: Do you accept prearrangements from other funeral homes? |
| A: Yes, we are pleased to do so. |

| A: Please bring vital statistic information, social security card, military discharge papers, clothing, a photo, obituary information, insurance policies, and any special items that you desire. |
