#3 Joyce Sinclair 2012-02-06 01:22 Irene was a great lady. Worked with Irene at the Law Office in Uniontown many years ago, and we have kept in touch with letters and Christmas Cards ever since. It saddened my heart to read in Sunday's paper about her passing. I will truly miss her letters updating me on happenings in Texas, especially her family, who she cherished deeply. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Quote

#4 Martin & Marilyn Turentine 2012-02-06 04:02 We are saddened by Irene's passing. What a great lady. She was a wonderful person to have in Bible class while she was at 1th & Willis. Always kept the leader on their toes and had wonderful comments to offer! We have missed her very much lately. We regret that we won't be able to be at her service due to attending Ruth Blasingame's service.
We pray for God's Spirit to be forceful in bringing comfort to the family at this time of sadness. May you find comfort and gladness in knowing that she has received her great reward.
Martin & Marilyn Turentine

#6 CAT TORAIN MAIL CARRIER 2012-02-08 10:25 My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time. I will truly miss miss Irene for I enjoyed talking to her each and every time I had to go to the home to deliver a parcel. Never once did I have to return a parcel to the post office, because she was always there. Her last Christmas card let me know that she was ill and i just hate that I did not get to see here one more time, but we will see each other again one day. To the family, be strong. God is in control and she's with him in a better place. Quote
