Gary Keith “Petie” Reagan, 41, of Abilene passed away February 13, 2012. A Memorial Service will be Thursday, February 16, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Merkel, Texas with the Rev. James McKee officiating and Chris Sobb will be assisting, under the direction of North’s Funeral Home, 242 Orange Street.

Keith was born June 29, 1970, in Loraine, Texas to Albert and Mary Reagan. He was a member of Love and Care Ministries of Abilene.

He was preceded in death by his father, Al Reagan; brother, J.E. Traweek; sisters, Patsy Jean and Shirley McKee.

Keith is survived by his spouse, Artie Smith of Abilene; mother, Mary Reagan of Merkel; step-children, Shannon Smith, Cody Smith, Krystal Smith, Brittney Griffin, and Shane Bien: two brothers, Shane Reagan and wife, Melissa of Olden, David Traweek and Patty of Merkel; three sisters, Melinda Schultz and husband, David of Merkel, Ann Smith and Buck of Merkel, Lois Traweek of Arizona; two brothers-in-law, James McKee of Merkel and Donald Griffin; sister-in-law, Donna Hibbler of Caldwell; eight grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
