Ada Irene (Alls) Huff a resident of Abilene, Texas passed from this life on June 3, 2014. A celebration service will be held Tuesday June 10, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at Grace Baptist Church, 1036 Todd Trail, Abilene, Texas 79602. Pastor Chuck Reynolds will officiate with burial to follow at Hamlin East Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Monday June 9, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at North's Memorial Chapel. Irene was born to C.B. & Allie Alls in Stonewall County, Texas on January 26, 1917. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, one sister; spouse Oran Huff and son Jerry Huff. She is survived by her son Donald Huff and wife Linda, grandchildren Tracie Ertelt, Brian Huff, Laurie Moreau and Spouses, Five great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and retired from the state of Texas. Her goal in life was to serve others and she did that so well. She loved her family dearly and will be missed but we know she is in Heaven and able to see again. The family extends our deepest thanks to all the employees at Kinder Hearts Hospice Care.
