Addell Ward 87 of Abilene passed away Saturday September 01 2012. Services will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Wylie Baptist Church with Donnie Harbers officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscola Cemetery under the direction of North's Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at North's Funeral Home 242 Orange Street. Addell was raised on the family farm near Wylie.  She graduated from Wylie High School in 1945. She operated the family farm for many years after the death of her parents Ed and Clemmie Ward. Addell was a past member of Wylie Methodist Church and a current member of Wylie Baptist Church. She is survived by her sister-in-law Gloria Ward; great- niece Linda Ward; Great-nephew Billy Ward Jr. and wife Christina; and great-great-nephews Billy Ward III and Christopher Ward.
