Amanda Michelle Hackney-Raborn, age 35 passed from this life on February 4th, 2022. visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 15th from 5pm to 7pm at North's Funeral Home, 242 Orange St. Funeral services will be held at 12pm on Wednesday at North's Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hawley cemetery.

Amanda was born on August 4th, 1986 in Abilene to Ricky and Kathy Placker-Hackney and was a graduate of Abilene High School, class of 2005. Amanda and her high school sweetheart Shawn were together for over 12 years and married on November 28th, 2014 in Abilene.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Preston Placker; grandmother Mary Hackney and younger cousin, Connis Knorring.

Amanda is survived by her husband Shawn Raborn, sons, Jeep Raborn and Jonsey Raborn; parents, Kathy and Ricky Hackney; brother, Zachary Hackney; grandmother, Glenda Placker; grandfather, Paul Hackney and many aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.
