Amos E. Keith 81, of Abilene passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday in North's Memorial Chapel. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday in North's Memorial Chapel. Burial to follow in Elmwood Memorial Park, under the direction of North's Funeral Home. Mr. Keith was born February 11, 1933 in Robert E. Lee, Texas to Amos and Cecila (McCelland) Keith. He married Joyce Darlene Talley on November 12, 1952. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked for West Texas Utilities and Merchant's Fast Motor Lines. He loved to dance, hunt and fish. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife and two sisters. He is survived by his three sons, Dwight Keith and wife Dicy of Canton, Texas, Michael Keith and wife Dona of Wylie, Texas and Steven Keith and wife Lisa of Abilene. One daughter, Debby Bilbrey and husband Ronnie of Garland, Texas. One sister, Jackie Livergood of San Angelo, Texas. Nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
