Andrew Joseph Sauls 61, of Abilene passed away January 11th, 2025. Memorial service will be held Saturday January 18, 2025 at 11am at Shiloh Baptist Church located at 135 Shelton St. Abilene TX, 79603. Andrew was born February 2, 1963 in Navasota, TX to Rosie Lee Suel and Ira Thomas. He accepted Christ at an early age at Truevine Baptist Church, and later joined New Fellowship Baptist Church In Abilene, Texas. Andrew received his primary education from Abilene schools, graduating from Cooper High School. After High School he became a cook, was employed by various restaurants and places in Abilene, TX Andrew was preceded in death by parents, brothers Bennie Matthews, Oscar Matthews, Ira Matthews, Robert Thomas, Herbert Thomas, Johnny Thomas, George Thomas, sister Dorothy Moore and grandson Jeremiah Busby. Left to cherish his memories are daughters: Andrea McDonald(Demetras), Sarina Sauls, and Lyric Walker. Grandchildren Nevaeh McDonald, Josiah Crenshaw, brothers; Larry Suel (Della), Bobby Matthews (Destree), Willie Suel (Linda), Melvin Thomas, Jerry Thomas. Sisters: Carolyn Beasley, Alice Reed (James), Brenda Jefferson, and a host of other close relatives and friends.
