Angelica Teresa Gonzales October 13, 1969 - May 19, 2020 Angelica(Angel) Gonzales passed away on May 19, 2020 at Abilene Regional Hospital at the age of 50. She was born in California, but spent most of her years in Abilene, Texas. She was an amazing chef of 25+ years. She loved working in the yard with her grandchild even though her daughter told her not to. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved to remodel homes and do anything that involved tools. She was an amazing artist, chef, grandmother, and most of all an amazing mother and was loved by so many. Angel was preceded in death by her brother, Gene Gonzales on January 11, 2020. Surviving in addition to her parents, James and Yolanda Lillard of San Antonio; two sons, Nicholas Acosta and Joseph Gonzales, both of Abilene; two daughters, Tatiana Gonzales of Abilene and Ashley Saenz and husband Christopher of Plumas Lake, California; five grandchildren, Rihanna Gonzales, Nicholas Gonzales, Lysette Gomez, Arabella Gonzales and Olivia Saenz; three sisters, Brandi Lillard of Abilene, Gabbie Sanchez of San Antonio, Cristina Cecil of Taylorsville, Kentucky; one brother, Gilbert Rodriguez of San Antonio; ten nephews and nine nieces.
