Ann Marie Fanning, 69, of Abilene, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015. A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday in North's Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange Street. Ann Fanning (Partin) was born August 19, 1946, in Abilene, Texas, to James Washington Partin, Jr. and Elsie Marie Pendleton. Ann was a member of First Baptist Church in Abilene. She was a teacher at Cooper High school in late 70's & early 80's. She was preceded in death by her father, James Washington Partin, Jr. and Mother Elsie Marie Partin. She is survived by her son, Chris Fanning and his wife Amy, one brother, Jimmy Partin III, three grandchildren, Corbin Fanning, Amanda Fanning, Chelsea Fanning, and several nieces and nephews.
