Annie Laurie Toponce 76 went to be with our Lord on Easter Sunday March 23 2008. Funeral service will be Wednesday March 26 2008 at 11:00 AM at North's Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Elmwood Memorial Cemetery under the direction of North's Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday March 25 2008 from 6-7:30 PM at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange St. Annie was born June 28 1931 in Tell Texas to Woodfin Grady and Lillie Bell Anderson. She was a devoted and loving wife mother grandmother and great grandmother who taught her family about strength courage a strong faith in God peace and unconditional love. She lived most of her life in Abilene Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents her husband Emmett Toponce and son-in-law Keith Duane Coolman. She is survived by five children Larry & Judy Toponce of Buffalo Gap Donna Coolman of Abilene John & Ruth Stone of Midland MI Sandra Israel of Abilene and Nancy & Rudy Arredondo of Lubbock; nine grandchildren Christopher & Susan Toponce Wendy & Jerry Klohn Toni Watts Shane Toponce Glen Coolman Kristie & Cody English Cullen & Andrea Coolman Angela & Craig Nelson & Christian Grand; and fourteen great-grandchildren Ashley & Tyler English Robert & Kacie Coolman Austin & Zoey Klohn Stormy & Ethan Toponce Liz Brandon & Jonathan Watts Brittany Gonzales & Matthew & Ashton Toponce.
