With deep sorrow, I share that Barry T. Parr went to be with the Lord peacefully on October 8, 2025 at 2:11 p.m. Barry was born in Pleasanton, CA. to Toni J. Cronk on January 7, 1954. Barry attended Abilene High School in Abilene, TX. He graduated from UCLA. Barry was the founder of Wingsearth, an organization to help homeless women and their children. Barry was a former business owner of Tulsa Travel. Barry was a kind soul, with a heart of gold, always there for family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and unforgettable memories. He had an infectious laugh and giving heart. He was quite the jokester and a never ending smile. Barry's beloved dog Lucy was his world. Barry was preceded in death by parents William and Toni Cronk; sister Dawn Gwin and husband George Gwin. Barry is survived by brother Bill Cronk (Jan); sister Becky Hooker (Cliff), numerous nieces, nephews and their children. Special love going to Keegan and Liam Bell. In accordance with Barry's wishes, a cremation has taken place. His ashes will be distributed in his most memorable places. A special thanks to Avir Nursing Home and their caring nurses and staff.
