Bella Luna Collinsworth passed away in the arms of her parents on August 19, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas. A Graveside service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 30th in Hawley Cemetery with Pastor Jonathan Storment officiating, under the direction of North's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Monday, August 29th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the home of Steve and Carla Whitehead, 620 6th Street, Hawley, Texas. Bella Luna Collinsworth was born August 13, 2016, and left this world, August 19, 2016 to be with our Father. In the short time she was with us, she made a huge impact on the community and was loved by everyone that knew her. She is survived by her parents, Chy Anne Phillips and William Collinsworth. Siblings, William, Jacob, Ryan, Kylie, Lily, Emily and Adeline. Grandparents, Rob and Stacey Phillips, Marshall and Vanita Collinsworth. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
