On Saturday, January 13, 2024 , our beloved Bertha Alicia Orozco walked into the gates and into the arms of her savior. She was 52 years old. Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 23, 2024 at North's Funeral Home at 12PM. Bertha was born on January 26, 1970, to Ruperto and Consuelo Orozco in Chihuahua, Mexico. Bertha later in life came to Abilene Texas where she started her life, and had her own family. Bertha was an all around unforgettable mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many and all who knew her. She was chic, flamboyant, affable, glamorous and knew how to have a good time. Her whole life she was devoted and loved for her family. Survivors include her children, Jesus Javier Gutierrez Jr, Esgar Gutierrez, and Yahayra Gutierrez . Her mother Consuelo Orozco. A brother Chon Orozco Two grandsons, Jaidin Javier Gutierrez and Dominic Gutierrez of and one granddaughter Alicia Maria Gutierrez. She had numerous loved ones, especially friends. Whoever knew Bertha knew how big her heart was. She will be proceeded in death by her father Ruperto Orozco, her brother Francisco Javier Orozco, her nephews Andrew Orozco and Juan Carlos Orozco and her grandson Nyez Gutierrez. "You were an angel here on earth to all of us, now you're our angel in heaven!" Dos nietos, Jaidin Javier Gutierrez y Dominic Gutierrez de y una nieta Alicia María Gutierrez. Tenía numerosos seres queridos, especialmente amigos. A los que conocieron a Bertha sabian lo grande que era su corazón. Le precederán en la muerte su padre Ruperto Orozco, su hermano Francisco Javier Orozco, sus sobrinos Andrew Orozco y Juan Carlos Orozco y su nieto Nyez Gutierrez.
