Bobby Joe Parvin, 77, loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed on to her heavenly home on Saturday, July 18, 2015. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in Clear Fork Baptist Church in Hawley with Cory Prew officiating. Interment will follow in Hawley Cemetery, under the direction of North's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday in North's Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange St. Mrs. Parvin was born January 22, 1938 in Norton, Texas to Neely and Allie Brunson. She attended St. Joseph Academy. She met and married her loving husband on October 1, 1955 and had forty-one years together raising their family, working and traveling. A lifelong resident of Hawley, Bobby had worked at Timex, Lockheed Martin, Eastman Whip Stock before retiring in 1996. She was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and she was past president of the Women's Auxiliary of the VFW. She was a very caring, loving person to all she knew in both personal and working relationships. She dearly loved her family and lived a full and rewarding life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murray Parvin, parents, Neely and Allie Brunson. Brother, Charles Brunson. Sisters, Marjorie Kropp and Lavonda Armor. She is survived by her son, Rickey Parvin and wife Teresa of Brownwood, Texas. Daughters, Vicki Wallace and husband Sandy of Abilene and Sherri Shelton also of Abilene. Grandchildren, Shane and Amber Parvin, Brad and Alexa Wallace, Brandon and Michelle Wallace, Brent Wallace, Rob and Nita Young, Zach and Callie Shelton. Twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Brother, Johnny Brunson and wife Patsy. Sister, Iwanda Boyd and husband Roger as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her best bud in life Donald Prew. Pallbearers, Billy Kropp, Roger Dale Boyd, Gary Batla, Daryl Brunson, John David Brunson and Jay Brunson.
