Brooklyn Michelle Hogrell 21, affectionately know as BB, of Abilene, Texas, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024. Memorial Services will be held May 4, 2024 at 10AM at North's Funeral Home. Brooklyn was born in Abilene on December 23, 2002 to Jennifer Rodriguez and Dana Hogrell. BB attended school at Baird ISD where she developed ever lasting friendships. Growing up alongside her older brother, Tyler. She embraced life with a vibrant spirit that touched everyone she met. Her kind heart, radiant smile , and bubbly spirit were her trademarks. Brooklyn's hobbies were a reflection of her multifaceted personality. She found solace in pages of books, expressed her creativity through drawing and tattooing and absolutely love doing hair and makeup. Her presence was a source of comfort and happiness to her friends and family, with whom she loved spending time with more than anything. Brooklyn is survived by her mother; Jennifer Rodriguez (Raul), father; Dana Hogrell (Stacy), father; Frank Serrata, older brother; Tyler Brame, younger brothers; Kyle Nixon and trigger Hogrell, grandmother; Suzanne Hogrell, nephews; Zae'Vion and Ayden Brame and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
