Ray Hopkins, 65, of Abilene, passed away Friday, December 14, 2018. No services are planned. Arrangements handled by North's Funeral Home, 242 Orange Street. Mr. Hopkins was born May 5, 1953 in Doniphan, Missouri to Odis and Reva (Odom) Hopkins. He was one of six siblings. He worked for Independent Grocers for twenty years and the Abilene State Supported Living Center for seventeen years. The lord was a big part of his life. He is survived by his wife, Debra Hopkins. Daughter, Tammy McDaniel; son, Brian McDaniel; six grandchildren; and his two pets, Lucy and Bailey.
