Carmelita C. ""Mame"" Gofigan 64 of Abilene passed away Thursday April 30 2009. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent Pallotti Church with Father Terry officiating at 2525 Westview. Carmelita was born July 4 1944 in Guam to Vicente and Regina Cepeda. She was preceded in death by her parents her sibings and spouses; Ramon Quitugua David and Natividad Santos Jesusa Bowles and Jose Ichihara a nephew Franklin Santos and granddaughter Clarissa Hawkins She is survived by: Cindy and Sheldon Hawkins Richard and Cathy Gofigan and John John. Grandchildren: Chalandria and husband Justin Cristabelle Carmelita Christopher Careina Richard and RyanJohn.
