Danny Carl Maxwell was born in White sands New Mexico to Paul and Vernell Maxwell on November 22 1946. He attended Anson high school in Anson Texas and graduated from Anson high-school. He attended college at the university of Texas in Arlington. He married Linda Helms on December 17th 1970 in Anson Texas. He was a veteran of the united states army and served in Vietnam. Danny Carl Maxwell was preceded in death by his father Paul Maxwell, his mother Vernell (Cox) Maxwell and his brother Terry Maxwell. Danny Carl Maxwell is survived by his son's Chad Maxwell and Chance Maxwell and his granddaughter Shayla June Maxwell.
