Darrell Lee Napier, 51, of Abilene, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015. Darrell was a proud local shop owner and had many interests to include: drag racing, arm wrestling, and gun shows. He always surrounded himself with friends and family. He had a great love for his fur baby named "Baby". He was preceded in death by his grandparents, R.L. and Verda Lee Bailey, his father, Jimmy Darrell Napier, and brother, Ed Thomas. Darrell leaves behind his wife, Ruby Napier of Abilene; five children: Ashley Fahrlender, Jessica Reardon, Austin Napier, Aaron Napier, Krystalline Napier, mother, Phyllis Bailey, grandmother, Harriet Jay, and three sisters; Erin Lewis, Nicolette Napier and Kelly Kane. We will be celebrating Darrell's life on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Nelson Park Festival Gardens located across from the Abilene Zoo at E.S.11th and Loop 322 in Abilene.
