David Dwayne Dell 54 of Tuscola passed away Saturday April 28 2012. The family will be inviting guests to a celebration of David's life Wednesday from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange Street .   David was resident of Tuscola Texas for 21 years.
