David Russell Fannin was born in Abilene, Texas to Harley and Bessie Fannin on May 23, 1950. He attended Wylie High School in Abilene, Texas. David Russell Fannin was preceded in death by his father and mother Harley and Bessie Fannin and daughter Misty Fannin Petty.
