Dennis Dean Mobley entered heaven March 31st 2022. Born to Taylor C. Mobley and Doris Jean Kingrey June 29th 1955. He was a beloved son, brother, father and uncle. Life was certainly never easy for him. One would never know that he was a polio survivor and only had a 3rd grade education. He never complained or allowed obstacles to get in his way. He was the one many of us called on to solve a problem, talk to, or simply if we needed a handy man. Dennis owned his own roofing company in Louisiana and Abilene until his health declined. He loved to fix up old cars and would teach anyone willing to learn. Dennis was quite the flirt with the ladies. A wink and the best Donald duck impersonation quack was his way of getting a smile and it always worked. He is survived by his daughter, Nickie Mobley of Louisiana, ex wife Melinda Price Mobley of Louisiana, son Brandon Ture-Kruse and husband James A Ture-Kruse of Virginia, ex wife, Rose Ture of Virginia, 3 sisters, Mary Ann Rocha and husband Johnny Rocha of Abilene, Glenda Sanchez and husband Roland Sanchez of Abilene, and Ila Cozby of Abilene, 2 brothers, Taylor Mobley and wife Janiece Mobley of Abilene, Elwyn Raborn and wife Kristy Raborn of Abilene. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. He was greeted at the gates of heaven by his father and mother, Doris Jean and Taylor, son Jessie Mobley, 2 brothers, Clarence Mobley and Harold Ray Mobley and sister Lila Woodall. He will be sorely missed by so many. Services will be held at the Hawley Cemetery Thursday, April 7th at 1:30pm for those that would like to join the family in saying farewell.
