Our Beloved mom Dorothy Dail AKA Granny gained her Angel Wings on Wednesday, August 18th, 2021 at 07:15am at the home of her Grandson Justin White. Memorial service will be held Saturday August 28, at 11:00am at North's Funeral Home with lunch to Follow at Old Paths Baptist Church 3501 Chimney Rock Rd. All Invited. Dorothy was born August 17, 1936 in Williamson North Carolina to Alonza Harrison and Thelma Cullifer. Dorothy worked at Timex until its closing in August of 1993. She then worked for the City of Abilene for 19 years until her retirement in 2008. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Sandra Ussery, grandson Jamie Dail 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Left to Cherish her memories are Daughters Ann Ussery (Bret) of Abilene, Texas, Frances Callendar of North Platte, Nebraska, Linda Campbell (Jimmy) of Nashville Tennesee, Mary Mitchell (Wade) of San Angelo, Texas. Sons; Robert Dail of Abilene, Texas, Lloyd Dail (Cherie) of Early, Texas,19 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, and one brother William Harrison of Jamesville North Carolina.
