Earl Herman Quast age 88 left this world to be with his Lord and Savior on February 25, 2025. Earl was born in Bergen, Minnesota in McLeod County on April 22, 1936 to Reinhardt Quast and Mildred Abrahm. Earl attended school in McLeod County schools and attained his GED while serving in United States Air Force. His service time was from October 6th, 1954 to October 5th, 1958. Earl met and married Mary Sue Sawyers May 29th, 1959. Earl cherished and adored Mary Sue until his Dying Day. They were married for 65 years. They lived 30 years in El Paso, Texas then 30 years in Abilene, Texas. Earl worked as a security guard for Grace Museum from March 2002 to November 2009. Earl and Mary were frequent visitors to Sears Park Recreation Center. Earl was proceeded in death by his mother and father, Reinhardt and Mildred Quast and his brother Roger Quast. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Sue and many nieces and nephews and two sister in laws, Wanda Simon of Gilmore, Texas and Mary Louise Sawyer of Lubbock, Texas. Earl was a kind and gentle person. His family loved him and he will be greatly missed.
