Eunice M. Walker-Brodnex 42 of Abilene passed away September 18, 2024 with family by her side. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday September 25, 2024 at 10:30am at New Fellowship Baptist Church 1142 Tracy Lynn St. with burial to follow at the Abilene Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church Tuesday September 24, from 5-6:30pm. Eunice was born October 22, 1981 in Abilene, TX to parents Bobby King Sr. and Linda Walker-King, She received her primary education from Abilene Public Schools graduating from Abilene Cooper High School in 2001, Soon after graduating, Eunice entered the workforce, working for Embassy Suites, Taco Bueno and Caprock. Eunice Accepted Christ at an early age and loved to sing with her brothers, sister and cousin Tonya, formally know as the "The King Children". She loved Being a mother, wife and of service to everyone. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Walker-King, daughter Mi'kayla Faith Allen, Brother Bobby King Jr, her Maternal and paternal Grandparents. Left to cherish her memories are her husband Michael T. Brodnex, son Deshawn Walker of Abilene, TX. Her father and Pastor, Bobby King Sr. (Latanya) of Abilene, sister Lakisha Walker, brother Michael Walker (Tonette) of Abilene, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
