The Sun rose for Frances Elizabeth Gulley Green Brooks on November 11th, 1966, and set on January 13th, 2021. Frances accepted Jesus Christ as her lord and savior and was saved. She is survived by her Mother Rose Hilliard, Daughters April Green, Rachell Green-Rios, Selisha Brooks, Sister Hellena Pitts, Brothers Khaleif Gulley, Khaeer Gulley, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. We are here not to mourn for her, but to celebrate her life. She is truly in a better place. We will love and miss you. You will be in our prayers and never forgotten. Long Live GGB!
