Frankie Marie Chroge of Abilene crossed over to the glory land in the loving arms of her family Tuesday, September 3, 2019. Funeral Services will be held Thursday September 5, at 2pm at North's Funeral Home Chapel, with burial services to follow at Elmwood Memorial Cemetery. Frankie was born December 9, 1938 in Anson, TX to Bertha Margarite Whittaker and James Allen Robbins. Frankie attended school in Anson, Texas. She married the love of her life, Don Chroge. Frankie was a devoted wife and mother who loved the Lord. Frankie loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of Builders Baptist Church and She was an employee of Dillard's for 35 years. Frankie was preceded in death by husband; Donald Chroge, brother; Harvey Robbins, sister; Patricia Taylor, and great grandson Karson Warren. Left to cherish her memories are: daughter; Debbie Burkhalter and husband Danny, son; Tim Langford and wife Susie, daughter; Cyndy Carey and spouse Andrew, 7 grandchildren; Abby, Jessica, Jeremiah, Sara, Jake, Chase and Tyler. 8 great grandchildren; Evan, Logan, Zoey, Jack, Jackson, Phoenix, Benjamin and Georgia, and sister; Vivian Bell of Clifton, TX and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
