George Wayne "Butch" Loven, 69, of Grand Prairie, Texas formerly of Abilene, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. A Graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday in Tye Cemetery with Paul Vasquez officiating, under the direction of North's Funeral Home, 242 Orange St. Mr. Loven was born May 4, 1944 in Abilene, Texas to Bill Loven and Billie Joyce Mickley. He was a long time Abilene business owner of Butch's Trim Shop and B& J Upholstery. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife JoAnne (Jodie). Five children; Penney Robbins and husband Gary, Kenneth Loven and wife Dawn, Connie Deen and husband Kerry, Vicki Bailey and husband Jim and Tommy McMillion and wife Cynthia. Fifteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and a large extended family.
