On the morning of Nov. 15, 2022,Gerald Don Ward Jr. went to be with his Lord and Savior. Gerald was born to Dorothy and Gerald Ward in 1944. At the age of seventeen he entered the US Army and retired twenty two years later as a CW3/ PA. Gerald was a kind, loyal, Christian man . He raised two sons, Don and John. He was a great baseball player from little league to minor professional league. He was a 32nd degree mason. Gerald was an avid fisherman, his joy in life was fishing with his sons and grandkids. His dog Toby was his best buddy whom he spent his last years with. I'm sure Toby met him at the gates upon arrival. Gerald is preceded in death by his father Gerald, mother Dorothy and baby sister Geraldine. He is survived by his wife JoAnn, her children Scotty and Lisa, his two sons, Don and John, six grandchildren, four great grandkids ,his brothers, Bernard and Willie, sister Margaret and many niece's, nephew's and family members.
