Gregory Allen Collins, 63 of Abilene passed away Monday, September 30, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Thursday October 10, 2024 at 1:00 pm at North's Funeral Home located at 242 Orange Street Abilene, TX. Greg was born September 13, 1961 in Abilene, TX to Charlene Elizabeth Martinez and Harold E. Collins Sr. Greg received his primary education from Abilene High School. In his spare time he loved working on cars. In the past Greg built his own race car that he would race at Abilene Speedway. He enjoyed fishing, hanging out with family and friends. He was willing to lend a hand to help anyone in need. Greg was a dog lover and the love of his life was "Mommas" who was his absolute best friend and always by his side. Greg was a man of many talents especially being a great mechanic. Gregory was proceeded in death by his beloved grandmother Angela Lopez, mother Charlene Rojas, brothers Harold E. Collins Jr., David Rojas, and sister Michelle Rojas. Left to cherish his memories are: father Harold E. Collins Sr. (Jeannette) of San Antonio, brothers Robbie Rojas (Linda) of Houston, Brian (Eloise) of San Antonio, daughters Tara Collins and Ana Murillo both of Abilene. His nephew whom he loved and cared for like a son Harold E. Collins III (Jessica) of Abilene. He leaves behind 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 5 nephews and nieces and 4 great nephews & nieces who loved him greatly. Rest in peace Uncle Greg!
