Gregory Randall Young, age 50 of Wichita Falls passed from this life on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Graveside services will be held at 2pm, Saturday September 4, 2021 at Hawley Cemetery with Vic Meyer officiating. Greg was born on May 6, 1971 in Abilene to Ronnie and Fran Young. He received his primary education from Hawley Independent School District. After graduating he attended Mid Western University. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force. Greg retired as Chief Investigator for the Wichita County District attorney's Office after 20 years of service as an investigator. After retirement he served as a Police officer at Vernon College. Gregory was a faithful member of Grace Church of Wichita Falls. Left to Cherish his memories are wife Andrea Peek Young, and son Graeme of Wichita Falls, TX; Parents, George Ronald Young and Fran Young of Hawley, Texas; sister Kim Meyer and husband Rick of Hawley; brother, Mark Young and wife Cathy of Abilene; Nieces, Hailey Meyer, Kelsey Meyer, Cassidy Meyer, Taylor Hall. Nephew, Grayson Young, great nieces and nephew Lean Hall, Jordan Hall, Samuel Hall, and a host of extended family and many friends.
