Hazel Edna Johnson 84, of Clyde passed away Friday, April 3, 2015. Mrs. Johnson was born July 16, 1930 in Abilene, Texas to Martin and Vernie (Scott) Roberts. She married William D. Johnson on March 2, 1948 in Dallas, Texas. She was an R.N. for over twenty years. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her husband, Four sons; Robert Johnson and wife Karen of Phoenix, Arizona, Randy Johnson of Dallas, Texas, Kent Johnson and wife Debra of Clyde, Texas and Keith Johnson and wife Mary of New Braunfels, Texas; Five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Windcrest and Hospice of the Big Country for the care they provided.
