Helen Joyce South Leech 76 of Abilene passed away Monday May 11 2009. A Memorial service will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at North's Memorial Chapel with Pastor Keith Clifton officiating. Ms. Leech was born January 18 1933 to Clyde and Josaphine (Dickey) South in Jones County Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; two children Charles (Chuck) Leech and Deborah Pelton. Two brothers; Charles and Lewis South. One grandson Charles Pelton. She is survived by her sister; Delphine King and husband Bill. Three grandchildren; Jeremy Shea Leech and wife Courtney Mindy McGough and husband Julian and Tobby Pelton. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
