Jackie Mike Westbrook 65 of Abilene passed away Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 at his home. Graveside service will be held Thursday December 10, 2020 at 1pm at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery. Jackie was born June 25, 1955 in Sweetwater Texas to parents Aurvel and Jeanie Westbrook. He received his primary education from Sweetwater public schools. After graduating, Jackie joined the United States Marines Corps receiving honorable discharge in 1978. After his time in the Military he worked all around the United States including Alaska. Jackie loved to fish and always kept a good garden and wonderful lawn. He was a sports fan and loved to watch the Dallas Cowboys and John Wayne movies. Jackie had a special love for his Dogs, "Pablo" and "Dog". He was preceded in death by wife Debra Westbrook, parents Aurvel and Jeanie Westbrook, twin brother Johnny Ike Westbrook, brother Donnie Westbrook, and brother in-law Kelly Evans. Left to cherish his memories are son Johnny Westbrook and soon to be granddaughter Penny Westbrook of Abilene, son Billy Westbrook of Abilene, siblings; Christy Aylor and husband Johnny, of Baytown, TX, Kitty Evans of Abilene, Karen Morgan and husband Davey of Garland TX, Uncle, Troy Westbrook and wife Barbara of Cisco TX, and a host of extended family and many friends.
