Obituary

Janis Marie Goforth was born in Anson,Texas to Ray and Mozelle Stinnett on April 2, 1940 along with her twin sister Audra Lee Stinnett. She attended Brewer High School in White Settlement, Texas, where thereafter in 1957 she was crowned Queen of White Settlement, Texas as well. In February 1958, she married Thomas Allen Riley in White Settlement, Texas and then later she married Teddy Carl Goforth on April 3, 1968, in Weatherford, Texas. She joined partnership in ownership with daughter, Crystal McGuiness owner of the Hitchin Post Restaurant, Janis Marie Goforth is survived by three daughters, Claudette Roberts, Crystal McGuiness and Teresa & husband Cecil Davidson Her grandchildren; Trey & spouse Carissa Holley; Laci & spouse Jack Johnson; Garrett & spouse Donna Norton; Destiny & spouse Trey Watson; Sloan & spouse Zach Hill; Hunter & spouse Lacey Browne Great Grandchildren; Tyeler Holley; Mason Fein; Savanah Caddell; Emily Fein; Keeper Holley;Taylor Holley ; Ginesis Norton; Kagen Watson; Jasmine Browne; Gracelynn Watson; Rylee Browne; Tripp Hill 6 Great Great Grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews. Janis Marie Goforth is preceded in death by granddaughter Misty Jo Holley, Great Granddaughter Aspen Browne, Mom & Dad Ray & Mozelle Stinnett, Brother & Sister-in-law Jim & Joan Stinnett, Twin Sister, Audra Fox, Husbands: Thomas A. Riley & Teddy Carl Goforth. Services are currently pending at this time at the Ball Ranch Cowboy Church, Abilene Tx. The Family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Alpha & Omega Hospice Abilene, Brightpointe Lytle Lake and Ball Ranch Cowboy Church,
