Jannelle "Nell" Fulgham, 67, of Abilene, Texas, went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2016. Nell was the loving wife of Larry Fulgham for 47 wonderful years. They were high school sweethearts whose marriage stood the test of time and were a true inspiration of what a loving home should reflect. Nell was the loving mother to Lance Fulgham and Carey Sheppard and mother-in-law to Tiffeny Fulgham and Kenny Sheppard, all of Abilene. She was the proud grandmother of Kenzie Sheppard, Morgan Fulgham, Emery Fulgham, and Riley Sheppard. Nell was blessed to have a sister for a best friend, Paula McLellan and her husband Mike McLellan of Avoca, Texas. She was loved by many nieces and nephews. Nell loved being a wife, mother, and nana. She took great pride and joy in those titles. Her favorite pastime was being with her family, cooking, loving on her grandkids, and just laughing. Nell was preceded in death by her parents; Jack and Helga Anderson and sister, Helga Ann, all from Lueders, Texas. There will be a graveside service Wednesday, February 24th in the Texas State Veterans cemetery, 7457 West Lake Rd. Pallbearers will be Shane McLellan, Mike Dick, Jim Corbett, Sam Corbett, Jason Patterson, Wayne Bradshaw, and honorary pallbearer Rusty Coffman. She will be missed beyond words.
