Jose Luis Cano of Abilene passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Hendrick Medical Center. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday December 20, at 10am at St. Vincent Pallotti Catholic Church. With burial to follow at Elmwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Tuesday December 19, from 4-5pm with Rosary being held at 5pm. Jose was born May 9, 1977 in Salamanca Guanajuato, Mexico to Juana Cano and Ines Cano. Jose loved his family and loved spending time with them, he was a business man who loved to work. In his spare time he enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, and was a hard worker. Jose was preceded in death by his mother Juana Cuellar, Left to cherish his memories are: wife, Maria Cano; father Ines Cano; sons Joel Cano, Jose Luis "Jr." Cano. Daughters; Debora Cano, Stephanie Cano, grandchildren; Robert and Sophia, stepchildren Josue, Jose, Marisela.
