Juan Adame Lara of Lubbock, TX, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2020. A Graveside Services will be held Friday at 1pm at Peaceful Gardens in Woodrow, TX,. Visitation will be held April 23, 2020 from 11-5pm in North's Funeral Home Chapel. Juan was born June 19,1947 in Nueva Rosita, Coahula Mexico to Felipa Vasquez and Tomas Lara. Juan married the love of his life Maria Lara on March 19, 1977. On January 29, 2000 Juan became a United States Citizen. Juan was preceded in death by parents; Tomas and Felipa Lara, brother; Bert Lara, and son; Thomas Lara, nephew; Tony Escamilla, and niece; Linda Torres. Left to cherish his memories are: wife, Maria Lara; daughters; Diane Lara (Alex Davila) of Lubbock, TX, Jesse and Cristina Nieto of Abilene, TX, and Vanessa Lara (Cruz Maldonado) of Lubbock, TX, sons; Juan Jose Lara of Lubbock, TX, and Juan Benavides of North Carolina, sisters; Otila Cardona and Maria Elena Lara both of Lubbock, TX,. 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
