Judy Jean Thomas, age 69 went home to her Lord on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023. Memorial services will be held 1pm Tuesday, December 19th at North's Funeral Home, 242 Orange St., Abilene with Pastor Jami McCravey officiating. Judy was born on September 16th, 1954, in Madison, Wisconsin to Albert Wesley and Donella Joy Thomas. She grew up in Anaheim, California and lived for several years in Irvine and Victorville, California. Judy loved the Lord and celebrated him with her love of "Old School" Baptist music. She was a cat lover and enjoyed any opportunity to get together with family. Judy was always able to make those around her laugh. We will miss you and always cherish how you enriched our lives. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Wesley Thomas, Jr. (1931-2016) and Donella Joy Thomas (1932-2018) Judy is survived by her older sister, Susan, age 71 and younger brothers, Rick, age 68, Craig, age 66 and David, age 62.
