Julia J. Williams 87 of Abilene passed away Wednesday November 25 2009. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday in Elmwood Memorial Park under the direction of North's Funeral Home 242 Orange St. Ms. Williams was born September 8 1922 to James and Alice Owens in Frankston Texas. She married W.C. Williams on August 21 1942 in Dallas Texas. She lived in Dallas until 1949 at which time she moved to Abilene. She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church and a past member of Coachman's Travel Club. She was preceded in death by her parents husband and one brother. She is survived by her daughter Judy Kish of Hamby. One sister June White of Kansas City Missouri; one brother Paul Owens of Irvine Texas; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
