Julio was born June 14, 1972 in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico to Rosa Elodia Flores and Guadalupe Cordova Martinez. He worked in Abilene, TX as a painting contractor and handyman. Julio was a devout Jehovah's Witness and served him faithfully for 34 years. He was a loving husband and father. He married his wife Silvia on September 10, 1994. They were married for 28 years. He loved to spend time with family and friends.
