Kathryn Edins Relyea 63 of Abilene died Friday May 23 2008. Graveside services will be Tuesday May 27 2008 at 11:00 AM in Oddfellow Cemetery with Jerry McNeil officiating under the direction of North's Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday May 26 2008 from 6-7:30 PM at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange Street. Kathryn was born December 2 1944 in Abilene Texas to Thomas and Lola Edins. She graduated from Cooper High School in 1963. Kathryn earned an Associates Degree in Medical Assistance from Cisco Junior College graduating with highest honors. After living in Biloxi MS for 18 years she moved back to Abilene in 1990. She was a longtime member of First Evangelical Methodist Church. She was a loving and caring person who will be missed very much. Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Survivors include two sons Thomas Relyea and Joseph Relyea of Abilene; one sister Marilyn Ahlfield of Abilene; and two nieces.
