Kerry Lynn Thane of Abilene passed away Monday, April 11, 2022 in Abilene, TX. Graveside service will be held Thursday April 14, 2022 at 11am at Highland Cemetery in Stamford TX with Terry Stremmal officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:30am-11am at the Cemetery.

Kerry was born April 22, 1956 in Stamford to Janet Sylvester Thane and Leland Alan Thane. Kerry loved the Dallas Cowboys and he loved to watch John Wayne movies and the Price is Right, but most of all he loved visiting with his family,

Kerry was preceded in death by his parents Leland and Janet Thane, step-mother JoAnn Thane, and Grandparents.

Left to cherish his memories are: brothers; Jeff Thane and wife Cherryl of Snyder Texas, Marc Thane and wife Michelle of Haskell. Sister; Cynthia Culpepper and husband Richie, nieces: Chelsie Polk and husband Cody of Clyde, Aerial Thane of Abilene, Haley Thorson of Golden Colorado, Shalee Dunnam of Haskell, Brittany Granado of San Antonio, Casey Thames of San Antonio, nephew Brandon Thames of Pagosa Springs CO. nine great nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and many family friends.
