Lawrence David Jamison 85 of Abilene died Tuesday February 2 2007. A private service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in Hicks Cemetery in Jacksboro Texas under the direction of North's Funeral Home. Mr. Jamison was born to George Herbert Jamison and Rose Mae Dessie Brady on November 19 1921 in Jacksboro Texas. He married Carlla Mae Reed on January 30 1943. He was very proud to have served his country during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents wife and two sisters. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law; Connie and Dan Elam Cindy and Roy Jackson both of Abilene. Two sons and daughters-in-law; George and Brenda Jamison of Cave City Arkansas Larry and Judy Jamison of Woodland Park Colorado; five grandchildren two sisters four step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
