Linda Holland, 81, of Anson, Texas, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 10, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of Christ in Anson, Texas.

Linda was born on April 23, 1945, in St. Louis, Missouri. She later attended Portales High School in Portales, New Mexico, where she received her primary education.

Linda married the love of her life, Wayne Holland and together they built a loving home and raised 2 daughters. God and Family was the center of Linda's life, and she devoted herself wholeheartedly to caring for those she loved.

A gifted artist with a wonderfully creative spirit, Linda found joy in drawing, painting, arts and crafts, and expressing herself through her many talents. She had a special love for gardening and took great pride in growing beautiful flowers that reflected her appreciation for God's creation. In her younger years, Linda combined her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit by operating a successful dog grooming business and creating beautifully decorated cakes for family, friends, and members of her community.

Linda was a devoted homemaker who found her greatest happiness in spending time with her family. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ in Anson and a children's Bible class teacher where her faith remained an important part of her life. She will be remembered for her kind heart, creative talents, unwavering love for her family, and the warmth she shared with everyone who knew her.

Linda was preceded in death by Clyde Wayne Holland, Merlin Parker, and Larry Parker.

Left to cherish his memories are Taresa and Don Cardon, Mindy and Randy Greenough, Grandchildren, Christopher Cardon, Kale Hamblin, Lance Cardon, Tambree Sanders, and 7 great grandchildren.

Linda's memory will be cherished by all whose lives she touched.
