Linda Lee Decker Williams was born in Hornell, New York to John and Hazel (Chase) Decker on July 18,1948. Linda went to be with her heavenly father on November 7.2025. She attended Canisteo Central school . She received her GED in 1985. Linda married Edward L. Williams on February 22,1980 in Detroit Michigan. Linda Lee Williams was preceded by her husband Edward, her parents John S. Decker and Hazel V. Chase Decker, two brothers Richard L Decker and Edward S. Decker. Linda Lee Decker is survived by her daughter Toni Lynn Kulyeshie and son Anthony John (Emily) Kulyeshie. Two sisters Donna Nield and Doris Baker. One brother Keith (Pat) Decker all reside in New York state. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. She loved talking to people and just watching people go by. She loved to crochet and cook. She loved to bake and make holiday goodies. She was a remarkable woman and will be greatly missed by many.
