We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Lonieta Thomas Poradek on February 17, 2023. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments. Lonieta was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Lonieta was preceded in death by her late husband, Jerry Charles Poradek retired Captain of the United States Air Force. She is survived by her three sons Perry Thomas, Jerome Charles, and Patrick Adrian Poradek, and their families, as well as her sister Bristol Woosley and her family. Lonieta will be deeply missed by her loved ones and friends and her memory will be cherished forever. Lonieta had a love for humor, art, travel, and animals. She was a creative and adventurous soul, who enjoyed exploring new places and trying new things. Her family was her pride and joy, and she always put them first in her life. Despite her passing Lonieta's memory will continue to live on through her family and the many lives she touched during her time on this earth. A Memorial Service will be graveside at Dignity Memorial Oaks Cemetery, Saturday March 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in North Houston, Texas.
