Lorenzo M. Gonzales of Abilene passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Coronado Nursing facility. Funeral Services will be held Thursday February 10, 2022 at Templo Gethsemani located at 2001 Park Ave. Abilene TX. at 11am. Visitation will be held Wednesday February 9, 2022 at North's Funeral Home from 5-7pm Lorenzo was born August 9, 1942 in Sayers, TX to Matiana Medina and Martin Gonzales. Lorenzo was a man of god who loved to sing Hymns and reading his bible. He loved spending time with his friends and family but most of all he loved spending time with God. Lorenzo was preceded in death by parents Martin and Matians Gonzales,his sisters Manuela, Juanita, and Miximilliana (Maxine). Left to cherish his memories are: wife, Pauline Gonzales of Abilene, daughter Lidia Gonzales Nufranick and husband David Lee Nufranick of Abilene, four grandchildren Christian Li Reyes, Nathanael Ari Sanchez, Lauren Shae Gunter, Ashley Lysette Mayes, Two great-grandchildren, Katerina Heaven Mayes, Peyton Nykol Mayes. Sisters: Mary Ellen Campos, Luisa Perez, brother, Pedro Gonzales, and a host of extended family and many friends.
