Lue Cave (Baum) Grissom passed away on November 7 2012 after a lengthy illness. She was born in Hobbs Texas on December 23 1932 to W.D. and Velma Cave. She graduated from Jayton High School in 1951. She worked as a switch board operator at the Abilene State School for twenty years.   Lue was a beloved mother sister grandmother great grandmother aunt and friend.   She is survived by her children Reba Schmidt and her husband David of San Antonio and Cave Baum and his wife Kim of Trophy Club Texas; by two sisters Elsie Crowson of Jayton and a twin sister Sue Cave Shamburger of Austin.  She had 5 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren many nieces and nephews and her constant companion and devoted dog Mollie. Visitation will be at North's Funeral Home in Abilene Texas on Sunday November 11 2012 from 5-7 pm.
